Susandi - Production Section Head Aqua
Susandi has worked for De Heus Indonesia since 2000, when De Heus acquired PT Universal Agri Bisnisindo (UAB). He started working on a project, continued into commissioning and then went into maintenance. After that he moved to the operator room, was promoted to supervisor and finally ended up as section head.

Stimulating and enabling research
A consortium of companies within the Netherlands Association of the Animal Feed Industry, NEVEDI, and the animal production chain, in collaboration with Wageningen University, has developed a Livestock Research programme: Feed4Foodure. De Heus financially supports this programme. In fact, we fulfil a pioneering role in this. And we not only provide financial support, we also gladly share the use of numerous research facilities on our own research farms. Our objective is to make a substantial contribution to a sustainable and healthy livestock industry in the Netherlands. And together, to reinforce our competitive position on the global market. Paul Spoelder - Grain Purchaser
As raw materials purchaser, Paul Spoelder is responsible for the basis of De Heus’s products. To be able to take the right decisions at the right moment, he needs to know the market inside out. It's the complexity of the market which he loves. All his work is about gathering knowledge. He may be purchaser, but he doesn't do much purchasing. He reads all the articles, reports and discussions that can indicate market movements and enable him to act at the right moment. The best batch for the best price.

Putheany Ung - Product Manager
Putheany Ung has a rich educational background with degrees in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Monogastric Animal Nutrition, Extension Education, and International Communication. This diverse knowledge base laid the foundation for his role as a Product Manager. Starting his career as a Research Officer at the Royal University of Agriculture, he gained valuable experience in livestock feed analysis and livestock-related research. Currently, at De Heus TMH Cambodia, he manages products for poultry, swine, and ruminants, leveraging his expertise to enhance livestock production in Cambodia.

Edward Diehl - Nutritionist Poultry for Central and Eastern Europe
After eight years of travelling around the globe, living in the US for a year and being away from home for more than 36 weeks a year, Edward Diehl (34) decided to settle down at De Heus Animal Nutrition. Edward joined the Global Nutrition team as Nutritionist Poultry for Central and Eastern Europe in February 2021. In this capacity, he strives to achieve the right balance between nutritional value, price, raw materials and logistics. It is a challenge he enjoys; by tweaking the recipe, he can make a difference.

Daniel can spend more time with his family thanks to healthy animals
Daniel Koscianski is a pig farmer in Poland. In 2008 he took over the farm from his parents. He is specialized in pig fattening and keeps 2,000 fatteners. “I have always liked working in the countryside. I like what I do, Thus I continue doing it.”
