We believe that to make a real impact and grasp all the opportunities we face, we need a diverse and inclusive organization. We are committed to continually raising the bar to make our workplace more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. At De Heus we reflect the markets we serve and are eager that everyone will have the same opportunities for developing their potential.
Green goal
Our goal is to treat everyone in the same fair way and offer them equal opportunities and rights from any background. We strive for diversity and inclusion in a broad sense (gender, nationality, thinking styles etc.) at all levels of our organisation. In 2030 we will have 30% female representation in BU management/Global Management positions.
