He already had experience in both team management and working in a warehouse, but had no idea about the feed industry and production. However, he was interested by the job and the company with its established position on the market, respect for its employees, and the potential development opportunities and independence. So, he decided to apply.

Purchasing raw materials is an important aspect when producing animal feed. But even if we buy the right raw materials, it doesn't mean that they are also available for incorporating in the feed. Edwin de Ridder is head of logistics in the purchasing department. Together with his team, he ensures that all the purchased raw materials are delivered to the factories at exactly the right moment.

Susandi has worked for De Heus Indonesia since 2000, when De Heus acquired PT Universal Agri Bisnisindo (UAB). He started working on a project, continued into commissioning and then went into maintenance. After that he moved to the operator room, was promoted to supervisor and finally ended up as section head.

Amro works as a Plant Manager for Koudijs Kapo Feed in Egypt. Although his father was a mechanical engineer Amro has a thing for agriculture. When he was younger he already took care of the bit of land next to his house. Before Amro started at Koudijs, he had already worked in the livestock sector for 8 years . Amro has been part of the Koudijs team since its inception, which is now more than 18 years ago!
