Our peoplePavel Ryšánek - Grain Purchaser
Pavel Ryšánek is a new dad and a raw materials purchaser, who tries to divide his time evenly between taking care of his little newborn son and working for De Heus (Czech Republic). He graduated from the University of Defense, where he studied Purchasing and Logistics. During the last two years at university he worked for a Logistics Provider in a part-time job in order to gain experience. He stumbled upon De Heus by chance while searching for job offers, so it is his first full-time job after graduation. Luckily for us he has stayed (for six years already).

Susandi has worked for De Heus Indonesia since 2000, when De Heus acquired PT Universal Agri Bisnisindo (UAB). He started working on a project, continued into commissioning and then went into maintenance. After that he moved to the operator room, was promoted to supervisor and finally ended up as section head.

Putheany Ung has a rich educational background with degrees in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Monogastric Animal Nutrition, Extension Education, and International Communication. This diverse knowledge base laid the foundation for his role as a Product Manager. Starting his career as a Research Officer at the Royal University of Agriculture, he gained valuable experience in livestock feed analysis and livestock-related research. Currently, at De Heus TMH Cambodia, he manages products for poultry, swine, and ruminants, leveraging his expertise to enhance livestock production in Cambodia.
