The personal results are only discussed with the employee concerned. This way, he or she will obtain insight into their own lifestyle and health. The general results allow us to improve our employees’ health and sustainable employability even further. For example, we offer discounts on visits to fitness centres. In fact, this has become one of the fixed terms of employment.
