Topic 6: Socially Responsibly Sourcing
We collaborate with suppliers and NGO partners to address systematic human rights challenges and continuous improvement of human rights standards. Therefore to ensure a responsible procurement of raw materials we aim to set a social due diligence process.
Green Goal
By the end of 2025, a global human rights and environmental due diligence process shall be in place. Our approach is based on a global risk management process which will support us to systematically identify and manage human rights impacts.
We will continuously enhance our human rights due diligence process to identify, prevent, mitigate and account for human rights impacts in our operations and supply chains. We take guidance from the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct (OECD Guidelines), our Human Rights Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct and due diligence process to understand where our business activity and relations pose the greatest risk to people, and we prioritize our actions accordingly.
