Building from the ground up
One of his proudest achievements is his involvement in the construction and development of the factory from the very beginning. “Being part of the project from its early stages and seeing it grow into a major operational asset has been both challenging and rewarding,” states Cedric. More than finance
Cedric’s role goes beyond finance alone. In addition to his financial responsibilities, he also takes on tasks in IT, demonstrating his versatility and willingness to step outside his core role. A defining moment for him was being officially appointed as IT Manager alongside his finance role. Looking back, he sees it as a recognition of his broader contribution: “It showed me that taking ownership and going beyond your core responsibilities really makes a difference.”
