Working in the livestock value chain means navigating changing market conditions, livestock prices, supply planning and customer profitability. Through experience, Sreynich has learned to anticipate risks, use data to make informed decisions and look beyond immediate challenges to find long-term solutions.
Every challenge is an opportunity to learn. Along the way, she has strengthened her leadership skills while discovering better ways to collaborate and improve performance across the value chain.
