Green goal

We believe all of our employees should benefit from a safe, collaborative and positive working environment where they feel empowered and supported to develop their potential fully. We also actively promote healthy lifestyles to nurture our employees’ physical, mental, social and emotional wellbeing. The goal is to reduce our LTIFR (Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate) from 2023 to 2030 with 50%.
