Percy Tran Minh Hien - International Product Manager
When Percy joined De Heus in 2011, he was driven by more than a job opportunity. The company’s values, expressed through its core slogan "Together for Better Results", deeply aligned with his own ambitions: to contribute to high-quality feed production, support animal well-being, and serve the farming communities of Vietnam and beyond.
The name Percy, chosen at the very beginning of his career, was inspired by the character Percy Jackson, the son of Poseidon known for his control over water. As he joined the Aqua division, it felt fitting—a name symbolizing strength, adaptability, and purpose.
