SustainabilityDevelopment programme for young employees
Our Young De Heus (YDH) programme offers young professionals an inspiring platform. Here, they will find information, coaching, guidance, and involvement regarding challenging topics of current interest. In addition, it acts as a driver and facilitator in new, mutual, multidisciplinary cooperation projects. This way, young employees are given ample opportunities to accelerate and expand their personal development. And while they are gaining new insights, their enthusiasm and acquired knowledge allows De Heus to continue to develop and innovate.

SustainabilityPeriodic employee survey
The opinions and ideas of our employees are very important to us. That is why we are carrying out periodic surveys, allowing them to give anonymous feedback to the developments within De Heus. Not just regarding facilities and working environment, but also job satisfaction and opportunities for personal and professional development. The most recent survey, demonstrated that the commitment, satisfaction and drive among employees has increased further. The survey also indicated which organisational matters need improvement. These insights have been interpreted into concrete points of action, which are currently being implemented.

Sanna loves challenges and sees in everything a possibility to reflect on what can be improved. "I am fascinated by people's behaviour, why they do what they do and what drives them. Once you know what motivates someone, you know how best to approach them and what you need to do - if necessary - to change that behaviour."
