Digital HR Specialist

What will be your role?

As a Digital HR Specialist you will be responsible for managing different HR applications and data environments, e.g. our talentsuite managed via Cornerstone, that is rolled out globally. The focus will be around our global HR processes (e.g. onboarding, learning & development, performance and talent management).

You responsibilities will be the following: 

  • Optimizing, testing and implementing new functionalities and HR processes as part of various HR related applications. This will be managed via close collaborations with our HR managers from the various business units (countries) and the Global HR team;
  • Managing core data from various national and international HR systems is part of your day-day activities. In addition to this, building reports and preparing analytics is something that you are able to manage easily;
  • Identifying stakeholder needs and translating this into (digital) solutions;
  • Coordinating relationships with stakeholders, external partners, IT and suppliers with respect to their wishes and needs, functional changes, priorities and implementations;
  • Providing support around project initiatives and (key) users from the various applications including change requests, prioritization and implementation;
  • Solving operational challenges and building interfaces between our talentsuite and local payrolls.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree and/or master degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years (international) experience in the field of HR Technology
  • Strong affinity with HR, IT and/or Learning & Development
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • 3-5 years (international) work experience in the field of HR Technology
  • Strong affinity with HR, IT and/or Learning & Development
  • Knowledge and experience in international HR applications
  • Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus

You recognize yourself in the following skills:  Strong communicator, analytical mindset,  problem solver and creative. The term ‘outside-in-view’  is part of the skillset you bring to the table. Result oriented, collaboration, being part of our De Heus culture, norms and values is part of your DNA. Finally you should be able to speak English fluently, speaking Dutch is preferred.
