International Technical Project Manager

With focus on Sustainability and Occupational Health & Safety

What will your responsibilities be?

A number of aspects are combined in this position. You will be the community leader and responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of our OH&S group policy. More concrete: sharing best practices, coordinating improvement implementations and structural reporting OH&S performances are essential in this position.

Furthermore you are expected to become the expert regarding global green solutions for our operations worldwide; preparation, implementation and maintenance based on our global green goals policies . What will be the best energy mix in De Heus factories worldwide?

You are a successful International Technical Project Manager with strong personal preference for these specific topics.

What do we expect form you?

• A relevant bachelors or master's degree;

• Demonstrated experience managing significant projects within an international, technical context, and / or

• Extensive experience as production manager or feed-mill plant manager;

• Knowledge and experience of the themes Sustainability and OH&S;

• Excellent project- and stakeholder management skills;

• Analytical thinker and have a high level of quality awareness;

• Proactive, strong communicator and team player;

• Excellent command of the English language.
