Since 1911, from the grain mill in Barneveld the Netherlands, De Heus Animal Nutrition has grown into an international leading producer and exporter of complete ranges feeds, concentrates and premixes. Due to the rapid growth outside the Netherlands the De Heus Group is a global top-15 feed supplier with over 7.000 employees, represented in 75 countries.

Besides the local Sales & Production sites, the De Heus Group also has an independent export department working under the name of Koudijs. Koudijs is a leading producer and exporter of a complete program of feed, concentrates and premixes on a worldwide scale.

The De Heus Group is active on the Chinese market with a strategic alliance with Wellhope Agri-Tech Co. Ltd. Wellhope is a top 10 feed enterprise in China as well as the influential large-scale group in the global feed industry

Since 2009 De Heus started a joint venture with the Russian Mkorma under the name Koudijs Mkorma. Koudijs MKorma provides a full complex of services for farm livestock feeding in Russia.

In Belgium the De Heus Group has a joint venture with a company named Nukamel. Nukamel is specialized in processing milk ingredients for animal use offering milk replacer for suckling animals such as calves, piglets, broilers and other young animals.
