Premixes
A mixture of vitamins and minerals. Premixes are used at feed factories and make up approx. 1% of the complete feed. De Heus has a wide range of premixes for various species of animal and for various phases in their life cycles.
Concentrates
Concentrates are a mixture of vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids and proteins. Concentrates are generally used on farms. They often constitute 5 - 10 % of the complete feed. These concentrates are mixed with locally available raw materials into a complete feed for poultry or pigs.
Specialities
A range of feeds for young animals. FokkamelTM for the raising of young calves and RomelkoTM for young piglets.
Supplementary feeds
Farmers use supplementary feeds alongside the grains available at their farm or residual products from the food industry. These feeds often constitute 35 to 80% of the feed that the farmer provides to his broilers, layers and pigs.
Complete feeds
Complete feeds contain all the vitamins, minerals, proteins and starches an animal needs. There is a wide range of products available for the following animal types: ruminants, horses, poultry, rabbits, dogs and pigs.
